Phase 2 — Engineering & Sign-Off

Locking the Details

STEP 05Detailed design developmentConstruction drawings covering structural, welding, coating and tolerance requirements.

STEP 06Technical confirmationMaterial grade, bearing brand, seal type, lagging and coating confirmed with you in writing.

STEP 07Quotation confirmationDetailed bill of quantities and quotation, followed by contract signing.

STEP 08Final confirmationYou sign the design approval form — that signed drawing becomes the production basis.

Phase 3 — Production & Delivery

Building, Testing and Shipping

STEP 09Production preparationTechnical department issues production drawings; procurement releases material.

STEP 10Factory inspectionFinal testing of dimensional accuracy, rotational resistance, coating and weld integrity before release.

Climate design

Corrosion resistance, moisture protection, frost resistance and pest prevention matched to the local climate.

Duty extremes

High temperature, heavy load and corrosive conditions get their own material and coating specification.
