ChengRoll is the export brand of Hunan ChengGang Conveyor Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. We are not a trading company: tube cutting, shaft machining, bearing assembly, welding, coating and final inspection all happen inside our own plant, so a drawing you approve is a drawing we build.
Our components are specified to GB, DIN, JIS and BS standards and exceed the requirements of GB/T 10595-2009 in the performance areas that decide service life — runout, rotational resistance, dust ingress and seal retention. Every roller leaves with a traceable ID, and every shipment leaves with inspection records.
We are a long-term qualified supplier to leading equipment makers, steel and power groups, and to the Brazilian mining company Vale. Components are exported to more than 20 countries and regions.
