Every standard troughing set we build, belt width 400 to 2400 mm: roll diameter, roll length, frame width, mounting dimensions, set height and width at 20°, 30° and 45°, bolt size, frame section and weight per set.

Every field we read, in the order we read it. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank — sent with a drawing or a photo of one worn roller, it gets a quotation back faster than any written description.

DWG and STEP on Request
Most orders we ship are built to a drawing rather than selected from a catalogue. These are the three things that decide how fast we can turn one around.
What you send
A marked-up drawing, a PDF of your specification, or one worn roller. A photo of the nameplate is often enough to start.
What you get back
A general-arrangement drawing with the dimensions we intend to build, for your approval before anything goes on the line.
What it costs
Nothing, and no commitment. If the drawing turns into an order it is part of the order; if it does not, you still have the drawing.
